Refund policy

Custom Orders

Because each item is made to order—especially custom magnets with uploaded designs—we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started. Please double-check your artwork and details before submitting your order.


If there’s a printing or quality issue on our end, we’ll make it right. Reach out within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review it and send a replacement if appropriate.


Non-Custom Items

For pre-designed or non-personalized magnets, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us right away at support@chickmagnets.com with a brief description and photos. We’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item or confirm the issue.
